INTRODUCINH......

THE PORN WAY TO BECOMING A CELIBRITY FOR MODERN DAY NIGERIAN YOUTH

For starters, be a housemate ala Big Brother Naija camper.

Then Nina your way around - whatever that means.

To be sure, swear off your clothes.

Go into the bathroom with your love nay, lust interest Miracle.
Loose yourself in wild romance behind the steamy windows till your passion heat up. Otherwise, let your Nina roll with your Miracle under the sheet beyond one-night stand.

Allow the world to watch your sex money shots.
Be brazen about it all you can. Why not, you have sold your face in the wrong market place. And so what? Go ahead and celebrate your lovey-dovey moment with banana like Nina loves to use it to simulate oral sex. Of course, you can count on Miracle and some of us to have vicarious pleasure. Sex hour, huh?

To think, too often, many housemates take their choice crib as shag house. And like porn stars they regard every of their sex scene as mere game. The more, the merrier! But what does it matter to a breed apart? Of course, it's a world of sensation! So feel free to pleasure right on the game. It just could be your lucky mojo, the real game changer.

As a matter of fact, in Big Brother House, everyone seems hardwired for the throne of game! We all know in this game, fame and money are at stake. Talking about money, there's an anonymous saying that goes: "As long as you need money, a part of your soul is always for sale." That means people are ready to sell their right hand for the money.

No doubt, while you are in the house of Big Brother, there's always the scent of money in the air. You better go for it. But it's only for the last man standing.

Hey girl, you have no excuse now you know that the ultimate crown is for the somewhat sweepstake winner, Actually, it is on the basis of the winner takes all. So girl, you are expected to enter the game with all your heart, soul and body. Good enough, you have a body to die for! So be more resourceful, show some skin for the buck. Allow the guys to espy your intimates part.. Around the house, let your male counterparts sample your love box. Do whatever you will... After all, in this game, everything seems to be all grist to the mill. So the rule of the thumb remains: Use what you have to clinch the prize money.

Now, that reminds us of all the antics of a typical American wrestling. At the end of the day, you are never asked, "How did you win?"Fans just want to know that you won. It doesn't really matter whether by fair or foul. Suffice it to say that the end justifies the means. Boy, are you kidding? Maybe the world has gone nuts and bananas. Come to think of it, pun or no pun, there is something about banana beyond the obvious. When some people see banana they think about sex. Ask Nina. Well, some mothers do have them!

Generally, in an unusual house like Big Brother, we are bound to see different and sometimes crazy characters and behaviours. These include the sex addict, the flirt, the romantic, the la-di-la girls, high maintenance ladies, the gossip, the schemer, the creative, the brilliant, the control freak, the wayward, the snub and the snobbish, the anger management screwball, and the macho man. We are also likely to see attitudes, exhibitionism, existentialism and lots of gamemanship. But the list goes on. . .

By the way, each new season, Big Brother and her housemates keep attracting more followership and viewership. It's a social revolution. In some cases, it actually causes culture shock. What a shame! Nina Ceecee nor Miracle is to blame! Rather, blame it on Big Brother and other liberal contemporary pop culture. Nevertheless, Nina and her fellow wayfarers cannot just palm off their obvious private demons or past imperfects on others. It's their cross... And who cap fits, let them wear it.

Though Big Brother is rated 18, yet in our self-indulgent leisure, some of us don't actually set out to watch a set filled with soft porn and stuff. However, in the course of every seasons' show, inappropriate scenes and conduct often occur. But more often than not, viewers still get hooked and gladly root for their favourite housemates. Incidentally, many fans accross the globe also love to send text messages to the House. Voting also come with the teriitory. Their respective votes and messages could choose to support their favourite housemates, put down others or generally take on other related issues.

Besides, we all know that the present-day youth is a peacork. They love to show off their colourful feathers all over the place. Good enough, technology now makes it possible for viewers to show off themselves and their loved ones via pictures positioned around the corner where you usually have the scroll bar at the bottom of the TV. Somehow, they are all seeking public attention. That way, someone can even say, "All eyes on me."

Actually, all what you need to be on this platform include a smartphone or the Internet, text message and service charge. Of course, such texts alongside TV rights, advertisements, official partners, and service subscriptions provide Big Brother huge revenue.

Lest we forget, other print and electronic media also join the craze, just to have a piece of the action and remain relevant. As a matter of fact, they all form part of the bigger audio-visual world.

All these prove that TV got power to control humans. See how malleable we've all become. Some of us have also become couch-potato in front of our TV. We are on a 24/7 watch. On the other hand, it's like the TV is also watching us. But isn't that what Big Brother does? It's got eyes in the dark. It watches all the activities of the housemates and lay bare their apparent hidden things including their secrets in the night. Suffice it to say that Big Brother sort of play God. But they can only go thus far.
Indeed, Big Brother teems with the good, the bad, and the ugly. Yet, it seems like a black hole; we are all sucked into the centre of her action. That way, no one escapes it's pull. But we don't seems to help the situation either. On our own accord, we have put our hand in the same glove with Big Brother. In other words, we are all guilty.
Little wonder the Bible says, we all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. It makes us bemoon our guilty pleasure.as everyone seems to admit: " Ï don't wanna be a freak, but I can't help myself." Even apostle Paul equally bemoaned his personal human nature.
Being shot through with such holes, now tell me, who would save us from these black holes in our lives? Nina Ceecee nor Miracle! And definitely, not the Big Brother reality television show. Thank God, we've got divine power as our best saving grace. And that what matters.

In the meantime, what I love most about reality television show like this is because every housemate is a winner in their own right. Of course, at the end of the day, they all become our heroes with hero's party and red carpet treatment wherever they go. Even governors and nobles fawn over them. They also pamper them with more money, gifts, and love. Others also cash in on their popularity or notoriety to offer them movie roles, music and/or modeling contracts, brand ambassadors and other star treats and spin-offs.

Similarly, Big Brother and co always smile to the bank among other benefits. Oftentimes, every strategic business partnership in this setting is driven by crass commercialism. Of course, nothing goes for nothing.

Somehow, the organizers of Big Brother may like to tell us something contrary to the alleged crass commercialism school of thought. As should be expected, it may even sound clever, cool and almost altruistic.
But tell it to the marines! For all I care, all that cute-cause narrative is a charade. But I wouldn't be surprised if some people believe such corporate spin. After all, they say every minute, a sucker is born. And every minute, the smart fellow is always trying to separate the sucker from his money. Money itself often gives us amazing moment to savour and celebrate.

And hey, throughout history, people, places, and brands have always been having their respective hour of glory. But this season, our attention is riveted on Nina, Ceecee, Miracle and the other Big Brother Naija co-travelers. Clearly, they really revel and relish every moment of their newfound world of so-called stardom. Who knows whether it would last longer than the proverbial "fifteen-minute-fame"? Time will tell. . .

In the interim, I know many youth readily relate with such stardom. In essence, there are already so many wannabes. But, given some of the above scenerios, are the likes of Nina really role models?
